One can get a car serviced from any VW dealer, what stands out are little things that differentiate a good dealer from a great dealer. I was disappointed that the car was not valeted after the service as before. I gather that this has been stopped by the Johnsons Volkswagen, but was not communicated to me when the service was booked.
The print out of the MOT and the Service Record was very poor. It appeared that the print head of the printer needed cleaning and alignment. This resulted in the printed documents to be below par and not what would have expected.
I had AC service done but is not mentioned in the "additional work carried out" of the Service Record. This omission again reflects poorly upon the dealership.
